Our club is open to anyone who wants to play crown green bowling. We offer FREE TASTER SESSIONS for people new to the sport.

We welcome players from other clubs in our league matches and anyone is welcome to come and watch the matches.

Refreshments are available and we are a welcoming club or members will make you feel truly welcome.

We pride ourselves on having an open policy of welcoming anyone regardless of age or ability. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult, well behaved dogs are most welcome if kept on a lead.

We are proud to make our two greens available for the pleasure of Crown Green Bowling either socially or for competitive play through local leagues and inter-district bowling.

The size of our greens are:

No 1 Green: near the clubhouse is

39 x 38 yards with a 9" crown

No 2 Green: on the far side of the site is

37 x 40 yards with a 9" crown

 

Open daily from 1.00 pm - 4.00 pm

We encourage an open policy and provide a friendly atmosphere that promotes the game of Crown Green Bowls to all age groups and abilities, why not pop in and watch a game, have a cup of tea and a chat with our members.
